We believe that early detection and consistent monitoring can make a meaningful difference in managing cognitive health for your loved ones.
Nearly 1 in every 10 people over the age of 60 suffers from dementia worldwide. Despite its prevalence, many families struggle to access simple, affordable screening tools that can help them monitor cognitive changes over time.
Early detection is crucial. When cognitive decline is identified in its earliest stages, families and healthcare providers have more options for intervention, lifestyle modifications, and planning. Yet traditional screening often requires clinic visits, lengthy wait times, and can feel intimidating for both patients and caregivers.
We recognized a critical gap: families needed a privacy-first, easy-to-use tool that could help them track cognitive health patterns from the comfort of home. Something that wouldn't replace professional medical care, but would empower families to be proactive partners in their loved ones' health journey.
That's why we created DemTracker—a free, research-backed screening application that helps families administer quick 10-minute tests, track results over time, and identify patterns that may warrant professional attention. Our mission is to make cognitive health monitoring accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Our screening methodology was validated through the Longitudinal Ageing Study in India (LASI-DAD)
Support Vector Machine model accuracy in identifying dementia signals compared to clinical assessments
DemTracker was born from a personal need. Like many families, we watched a loved one experience cognitive changes but struggled to track patterns or know when to seek professional help. The available tools were either too clinical, too expensive, or didn't respect privacy.
We partnered with healthcare researchers and data scientists to develop a screening methodology based on validated clinical assessments. Our approach combines 11 binary questions and 10 JORM (Informant Questionnaire on Cognitive Decline in the Elderly) questions to create a comprehensive yet quick screening experience.
After conducting a clinical study with 2,528 patients, we achieved over 93.4% accuracy in identifying cognitive screening signals. This gave us confidence that our tool could genuinely help families make informed decisions.
Since launch, thousands of families have used DemTracker to monitor cognitive health for their loved ones. We continue to improve the platform based on user feedback while maintaining our core commitment: keeping the service completely free and privacy-first, forever.
Our vision is a world where every family has access to tools that help them care for their loved ones with confidence and dignity.
Our screening methodology was validated through a comprehensive clinical study involving thousands of participants across diverse demographics.
Our combined assessment achieves over 93.7% accuracy in identifying cognitive screening signals when compared to professional clinical assessments.
Our methodology combines 11 binary screening questions with 10 JORM questions, covering memory, orientation, language, and daily functioning.
We never store raw test answers or free-text responses. Only binary correct/incorrect results are saved, ensuring maximum privacy protection for your family's sensitive information.
DemTracker will always be free for the first 5,000 families. After that, we plan to keep charges very minimal—just enough to cover costs—so cognitive health screening remains accessible to everyone, regardless of financial means.
Our screening methodology is based on validated clinical assessments and tested with thousands of participants. We prioritize scientific rigor over quick features.
